Terms of service

These terms govern use of ailura.net and the Ailura platform (book.ailura.net), operated by ONSQ Enterprises. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Ailura provides field-service management software for home-service businesses: booking, scheduling, invoicing, payments, messaging, inventory, and related features. Premium plans add an AI receptionist. Features may evolve; we'll communicate material changes to paying operators.
Accounts & acceptable use
- You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials safe.
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes; don't send spam or messages without required consent.
- You own your business data. We use it only to run the service for you, per our privacy policy.
Billing
- Subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance and renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid period.
- Payments processed through the platform carry a 2.9% platform fee in addition to Stripe's processing fees, deducted automatically at charge time.
- Founding-customer rates are lifetime prices tied to continuous subscription of the account they were granted to.
AI features
The AI receptionist is designed to book only real appointment windows and quote only prices you configure, with human handoff. Like any automated system it can make mistakes; you're responsible for reviewing your schedule and communications, and we make the logs available so you can.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONSQ Enterprises isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time and export your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
